Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the garment in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all Neoma tags are attached and the security seal remains intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
